Scott Golin

I am the founder of Fresh Start Perspectives, where I bring a blend of professional training and real-world experience in counseling, coaching, conflict management, and consulting.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Counseling and Conflict Management, along with a counseling credential through the AAPC. My background includes seven years serving as a Hospice Spiritual Counselor and Bereavement Counselor, where I supported individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult seasons. In addition, my experience as a Regional Director within a local corporation has given me valuable insight into leadership, organizational dynamics, and team-based challenges.

This combination of clinical, relational, and leadership experience allows me to work effectively with individuals, couples, and organizations—helping them gain clarity, improve communication, and navigate both personal and professional challenges.
